West Rand Annual Tourism Awards - 2011

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Your organisation must fall within the administrative boundaries of the WRDM or at least the catchment area of the COHWHS.
• Only fully completed entries will be considered. Forms must be completed in black ink or typed and must be neat and legible.
• All entries will be acknowledged by West Rand Tourism to confirm receipt.
• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• West Rand Tourism reserves the right to combine or cancel categories, dependent on the number of entries received.
• Winners must allow a case study to be published as inspiring industry examples.
• Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony and all finalists must be available to attend the event.
• Winners must be available for marketing purposes including media interviews.
• Entry forms are available online from www.westrandtourism.gov.za or hard copies from the offices listed below.
• Hand-delivered, e-mailed (tourism@wrdm.gov.za) and (shattingh@wrdm.gov.za) or faxed (086 618 4168) entry forms will be recognised as valid.
• If you have not received written acknowledgement of your entry within 48 hours of submission, then you must please contact our office for confirmation of receipt. We will not be held liable for any entries not acknowledged in writing.
 

IMPORTANT DATES AND DEADLINES

• Sign-up & Entries Close 5 September to 19 September 2011
• Short-listing Mid September 2011
• Site Visits Mid September to Beginning October 2011
• Judging and Moderation Beginning October to Mid October 2011
• The West Rand Tourism Awards of 2011 - Media Event will be on the 28th October 2011.

Please note: If not contacted within 30 days, your organisation has not been short-listed.
